How To Wrap Your Hands: Step By Step Guide.

In this expert, step-by-step guide,
Our team will show you a step by step guide on how to wrap your hands for boxing or any combat sports involving the use of boxing gloves.

This guide below is just one of the many templates, you can adjust this style to suit your hand wrap or preference as this may not suit your hand size or needs.
The goal of all boxing wraps should be to emphasize the stability of the wrist, pad the knuckles & locking in the padding through the joints to create a strong, supportive & effortless fist.

Before starting, ensure to keep the wrist & hand straight as any movement may lower the integrity of the wrap,
You will need to also squeeze the fist in certain steps to secure everything in place, ensure to keep the wrist & hand straight during these steps also!

For this example, we are using 4 Metre Urban Stretch Boxing Hand Wraps
