To minimise wear and tear, Punch highly recommends the below:
1. Ensure your boxing bag has a swivel or consider purchasing a swivel to minimise twisting in the strap. ( This will ensure the bag can spin freely and not cause twisting & stress on the strapping. )
2. Review the strap after every session, untwisting any sections to ensure the longevity of this accessory.
3. Punch recommends a 2 person lift when installing a boxing bag over 25kgs.
