Punch®  Shipping Policy

  • Punch Equipment®  offers free ‘standard’ shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $150 RRP AUD.   Additional shipping charges will apply for heavy and/or Bulky Items, see below the list of weight ranges and charges.

  • Free shipping applies to metro areas only, if the delivery address is outside these metro areas – Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin, additional charges may apply.

  • All orders less than $150 RRP will be charged based on order as calculated by the best available courier

  • Sale /clearance /bundle items may be excluded from free shipping terms on a case-by-case basis

  • We do not ship BULKY ITEMS to PO Box or Parcel Locker Addresses. We Can Only Deliver Super Bulky Items (Over 30kgs) To Full-Time Business Addresses With Staff In Attendance. Your only remedy is to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

  • Filled boxing bags and other bulky items are excluded from free freight and subject to additional freight fees + truck tailgate surcharges.

  • *****We reserve the right to decline and refund any order that is deemed “unviable” to ship for any reason at our discretion (20% or greater than order value ). Your only remedy is to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

  • It is not possible to guarantee 3rd party logistics delivery times – expect 80% on time and 20% delayed as a normal business – your only remedy is to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

  • Freight instructions to be left at the delivery address with no signature ND “SAFE PLACE DROPS” are at the buyer’s risk once delivered.

** Please note, we do not ship bulky items internationally. To order bulky goods internationally please contact our international representatives.

WHOLESALE & RESELLER SHIPPING POLICY

  • Local taxes and duties at the country of destination are strictly “ buyers care and responsibility to pay” (NOTE THESE ARE NOT QUOTED IN CART)

  • Maximum size of International orders -restricted to international post dimensions.

CLICK & COLLECT POLICY 

IDENTIFICATION POLICY.

All orders placed online with the Local pickup option can be collected between 8:30am-12:30pm Monday to Friday at the Punch Equipment® Burleigh Heads Distribution Warehouse. A collection email will be forwarded to the buyer’s email account when the order is available for collection.

The typical window for collection is a minimum of 2 hours after the order has been purchased. You may collect within this window however please be patient as it will need to be picked from the warehouse.

We recommend that if you have not received a collection email after 2 hours to call our support team on 1300 0 PUNCH (1300 0 78624) to ensure your order is ready for collection before making your way to the distribution centre.

Note – Click and collect is a high fraud threat – You will be required to present a current photo driver’s licence which will be photocopied front and back for orders . Your signature and image will need to match the ID presented. Only the person purchasing the goods can collect the goods without prior arrangements. Your car registration will also need to be taken. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

For ALL CLICK AND COLLECT orders , the signature must match the physical driver’s licence.

No 3rd Part Collections Are Permitted Without Prior Documented Arrangement With Punch Equipment® Management.

Standard Delivery AUSTRALIA.

Punch Equipment® sends parcels via the Australia Post E-Parcel, Aramex and Direct Freight services. Therefore please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. All orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day for in-stock items only.

ALL orders placed Friday after 11am, Saturday, and Sunday and/or on a Public Holiday, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

A 3rd party logistics tracking number will be provided to you via email. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track this parcel, not the sender.

A signature may or may not be required upon delivery, so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If there is nobody home to sign for your parcel, a notification card may be left onsite advising that the parcel is awaiting collection at your neighbouring Post Office.

Delivery timeline CANNOT be guaranteed: We cannot accept consequential damages claims for 3rd party logistics delays and acts of God.

New Zealand Shipping Policies

  • All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped via Australia Post International. Rates will be calculated based on the SIZE  of the order

  • Products marked as bulky/heavy items are unable to be delivered to New Zealand, please contact our New Zealand Representative. (SEE NZ STORE LOCATOR)  Australia Post is used for New Zealand deliveries; expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days, provided that orders are placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday – Friday, for in-stock items only.

  • Allow additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

For shipping to New Zealand, Punch Equipment® uses registered Australian Post, where Punch Equipment® can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed 24 WORKING hours of the next business days.

A signature may be required upon delivery, therefore please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase.

For our New Zealand customers, prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed and this is your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information. 

Any delivery date or time specified by Punch Equipment® is a best estimate only and Punch Equipment® will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • We do not ship to designated 3rd world countries or Russia.
  • No “free freight “ is offered for international shipping outside NZ.
  • Freight is shown at checkout in the cart.
  • All orders shipped INTERNATIONALLY will be shipped via Australia Post International. Rates will be calculated based on the SIZE  of the order

  • Products marked as bulky/heavy items are unable to be delivered INTERNATIONALLY, please contact our AGENT/ Representative.( SEE  STORE LOCATOR)Australia Post is used for INTERNATIONAL  deliveries; expect delivery within  7 -21business days, provided that orders are placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday – Friday, for in-stock items only.

  • Allow additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS CLAIMS EXPIRE 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER PROOF OF  DELIVERY.

If there is nobody home to sign for your parcel, a notification card may be left onsite advising that the parcel is awaiting collection at your neighbouring Post Office OR shipped back to sender and then resent at your additional cost.

Bulky and/or Heavy Item Delivery

Bulky items are charged by weight as calculated by the courier. Rates may vary. Super Bulky and/or Heavy items can not be shipped internationally.
