Handwraps guide

What are Handwraps for?

Handwraps are a length of cotton or cotton/elastic material with thumb loop & hook and loop closure.  Handwraps are designed to protect the knuckles and wrists whilst punching.  They also absorb some of the sweat from the user.

Handwraps are worn when doing heavy or prolonged boxing workouts.
A must for beginners, women and children and weak wrists.  Strap hands over the cotton inners (used for hygiene when wearing shared gloves). Handwraps are not a substitute for the hygienic protection of the inner.

GUIDE:
Cotton only: No stretch, a cheaper version.
Cotton/Elastic: These stretch to fit your hand and stay on when taking gloves off.  Minimum length should be 180cm per wrap. Check packaging before purchasing for correct length.
