1. Download & print the Returns Form (PDF version here) ( If you cannot print out the form, please fill out a piece of paper with all the required information. )
2. Ensure all steps on the form are followed on the form prior to sending your item/s back to our warehouse. ( Missed or incorrect information will cause a delay in processing or refusal of a returns request. )
3. Post your item back to us. ( Return Freight is at the expense of the customer. )
Once the Punch Equipment® team receives your product/order, our team will gladly review your return and if the return is approved, create a full refund or online credit coupon for the value of the goods returned.
